I need money ideas...

The process of saving money starts again..and we are on a time limit..So, I really need ideas..On how to raise money.....Which ever route we choose to take, whether it be another round of IVF or infant domestic adoption, the money train have runneth out.....I have to heal this whole in my heart....I have to know God's plan for my life....I am a good person...I know I would be a great mother... So, please, throw ideas my way....How can I raise money or get people to donate money?
