3 lbs down!

I know that isn't a lot..BUT, considering I have been back on the workout wagon for a week, after 3 months or more off, and haven't changed my horrid eating habits, this is good! 2 to 3 lbs a week is a healthy weightloss.  So, I am happy! Last week I did aerobics only, like walking or the gazelle.  This week I have added 10 minute segments.  My proposed schedule this week looks like this:

Monday:  30 mins cardio, 10 minute solutions, butt thighs

Tuesday: 30 mins cardio, 10 minute solutions arms, 10 min solutions abs

Wednesday: 30 mins cardio, 60 reps total body workout machine

Thursday: 30 mins cardio, 10 min solutions butt thighs, 10 min solutions abws

Friday: 30 mins cardio, 10 min solutions arms

Saturday / Sunday: 30 mins cardio, 10 mins solutions abs

One of the two days will be an optional rest day!

I'm anxious to see how it turns out. Contemplating 30 day shred? Anyone tried this?
